Prices and payment

GårdYes reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, GårdYes has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. GårdYes shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

GårdYes is situated i Sweden. Any duty payable at the country of final destination is the responsibility of the customer, or the person making and paying for the order with GårdYes.

Force Majeure

Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.

Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law shall apply for this Agreement, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws.
Any disputes shall be determined either by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction or in the courts of the country where the Customer is domiciled.
