Carita K design items is sold through GårdYes which is a secondary name to Caraff Skeppsudden AB and is shipped around the world.

GårdYes Caraff Skeppsudden AB hereinafter referred to as GårdYes also provides other eco friendly products to the Swedish market. Our ambition is to offer unique products with inspiration to Good for life.

Our Return Policy in short

Shipping

GårdYes accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the online shop. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 2-6 business days after GårdYes has accepted and confirmed your order. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 7-10 business days. With reservation for final sales. All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

Please be aware of that GårdYes warehouse is situated in Sweden, which is the main cause that our timescales in terms of delivery may seem slightly longer.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will also receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order when the parcel is shipped.

Should an order fail to arrive within 30 days of being dispatched then we will consider it lost and resend the items or offer you a refund.

Pickup

You can pickup your order with us, you shall indicate that you wish to have the order picked up with us when ordering your products. Please contact us: gardyes@caraff.se

Return Policy

Please contact GårdYes before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts GårdYes and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Exception, if the product is a special ordered item .

The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. GårdYes suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.GårdYes will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case. Returning A Package If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.
GårdYes is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Transport Damage If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Unclaimed Packages For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, GårdYes reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

We want you to love your GårdYes items as much as we do,if for some reason they are not what you expected, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to defective or incorrect products, we will of course compensate you for return shipping too.
